Fresh, citrusy, and with a clean bitterness: Birra Gaia’s APA is the ideal gateway to the world of American hopped beers. Citrusy aromatic profile, light body, and high drinkability. Pairings: raw salmon, fish tacos, classic hamburger, blue fish, white game meats.

🌿 Zidor — Pils | 5.2% ABV | Golden
A fresh, herbal craft Pils with elegant bitterness: the craft answer to everyday beer. Bottom fermentation, bright golden color, persistent foam. Pairings: mixed fried fish, white pizzas, medium-aged cheeses, cured meats, summer salads, club sandwiches.

🏆 La Gorda — Strong Ale | 7.0% ABV | IBU 35 | Deep amber
2nd place Birra dell'Anno 2019. A structured amber Strong Ale: notes of caramel and balanced bitterness, full body, long and warm finish. The most complex beer in the box, to be savored slowly at 10–12°C in a tulip glass. Pairings: stewed and roasted meats, aged cheeses, shortcrust pastries.

🥇 Giargiana — Märzen / Oktoberfest Lager | 6.0% ABV | IBU 20 | Brown
1st place Birra dell'Anno 2022. Birra Gaia’s most awarded beer: a Bavarian-style Märzen with notes of caramel, honey, and toast, round body and soft finish. Serve in a mug. Pairings: carbonara pasta, amatriciana, pizzocheri, pork shank, aged cheeses, cured meats, chocolate and dried fruit desserts.
