Organicus Bio is the organic Tripel by Lupulus, a craft brewery from Courtil (Belgian Ardennes, Belgium), founded in 2003 by Pierre Gobron. It is a faithful reproduction of the same recipe that gave birth to the brewery’s icon — the Lupulus Blonde (Triple) — but certified with 100% organic ingredients. Surprisingly smooth to drink despite the 8.5% ABV, thanks to Pierre Gobron’s mastery who has never stopped pushing for quality since opening his gem.

Sensory Profile

On the nose, it is fruity and spicy as expected from Belgian yeast: peach, apricot, floral notes, and a hint of honey. On the palate, it is surprisingly smooth for an 8.5% beer: full-bodied but not heavy, the malty sweetness is balanced by the typical dryness of a Tripel and a warm, spicy finish.
