The ingredients from the Calabrian territory
Every ingredient in Welcome to Sybaris tells a piece of Calabria’s story: the Calabrian barley malt from the Sibari plain, the Sibari rice — one of the finest rices in Southern Italy — the IGP lemon peels from Rocca Imperiale — the most fragrant lemons of Ionian Calabria — and the salt, which, as in Gose beers, adds minerality and enhances the aromas. Sybaris was the ancient Greek city of Magna Graecia, a symbol of luxury and pleasure: a perfect name for a beer that celebrates the richness of the land.
