Founded in May 2015 in Saracena, in the heart of the Pollino National Park. De Alchemia is research and expression of a territory with all its beauties and diversity: the common thread is great drinkability and a deep, visceral connection to the Calabrian land.

The Ingredients of the Territory

• Cedro and bergamot — unique Calabrian citrus fruits that offer unmistakable aromas
• Sibari rice — from the Sibari Plain, one of the rarest ingredients in Italian beer
• IGP Lemons from Rocca Imperiale — a certified quality product of the territory
• Ancient grains and barley from Saracena — grown directly in the area, for a very short supply chain

The brewery’s symbol is the uroboro — the serpent biting its own tail — emblem of continuous rebirth: recalling the past without ever forgetting a look to the future. Transformation and research.
