Birrificio Sabino — From Sabina with Passion, since 2016

It all starts with a big kettle, a handful of barley malt, and some hops. In 2016, two young friends from Sabina — the Lazio region in the province of Rieti from which the brewery takes its name — are irreversibly thrown into the world of craft beer. Endless brewing cycles, experiments, obsessive study of details: until passion becomes work.
