Founded on March 24, 1988 by Alex and Marie-Noëlle Carlier Pourtois, Brasserie de Blaugies is a genuine Walloon family brewery, now led by two generations together.

The Family Behind Every Bottle

• Kévin — eldest son, graduated in biotechnology, now heads the brewery alongside his parents and wife Bérangère Deschamps
• Cedric — youngest son, runs the Le Fourquet restaurant opposite the brewery with his wife Stephanie Juste, both graduates of hospitality school
