Wold Top Brewery was founded in 2003 by farmers Tom and Gill, who were looking for a way to diversify and support the family farm — and they chose beer. The family has been cultivating 600 acres of land on the Yorkshire Wolds for generations: the ingredients are grown here, just steps from the brewhouse.
